Anna is a General Partner at LEC, bringing over a decade of experience in growth equity.

Born and raised in Ukraine, Anna began her career in investment banking at Citi in London. Between 2014 and 2020, Anna held various investment roles at General Atlantic in London, and Thrive Capital, in New York, focusing on growth-stage software, internet, and fintech opportunities. Prior to joining LEC, Anna was a Principal at Headline, where she built out the firm’s European growth investment practice. Anna holds a Masters in Finance from IE Business School in Madrid.

Throughout her career, Anna supported a number of growth stage businesses in Europe and US, including Typeform, Raisin, Delivery Hero, and Leapwork, among many others.

Anna is passionate about tennis – both playing on the court or cheering from the stands.
