Before joining Elaia, she held the same role at LumApps, coordinating cross-functional initiatives across global operations. Earlier, she held various roles at a French fintech, spanning key account sales, finance, and legal. Justine graduated from HEC Paris with an MSc in Management & Economics.

Beyond the desk

An outdoor sports addict, Justine has been competing at European university level in alpine skiing and is a cycling fan – either watching Le Tour de France or cycling up a few moutains in the Alps.
